No charge on weekends, public holidays and designated non-charging days.
Some vehicles or drivers qualify for discounts and exemptions.
All charging days that fall between Christmas Day and New Year's Day inclusive are designated non-charging days. Vehicles that drive within the zone on or between these dates will not incur the Congestion Charge.

If you do not pay the charge by the end of the first charging day after your journey you will be subject to a Penalty charge.
You can pay Online, by SMS, by Phone, at a Shop or even by Post.
Payment of the Congestion Charge allows you to enter, drive within and exit the Congestion Charging Zone as many times as you wish on that day.
A £120 Penalty Charge is issued after nonpayment by midnight on the following charging day.
If you pay within 14 days of the date of service you will receive a 50% discount.
